E’ una splendida  casa colonica, completamente e finemente restaurata e si trova a circa 1,2 km dal paese di Lucignano (Arezzo) al centro della Valdichiana. A circa 30 minuti in auto da Cortona, Arezzo e Siena. Firenze dista circa 1 ora.
Quando entrerete nella proprietà, attraversando il grande cancello, la sensazione che proverete,  vedendo la vasta area  verde che vi circonda, sarà quella di volerci restare per sempre. La proprietà è completamente recintata ed ha grandi spazi verdi.
Al Piano terra troverete una stanza lavanderia, una spaziosa camera da letto con accesso al giardino ed un bagno con doccia, una caratteristica cucina con un grande tavolo dove poter organizzare la colazione, forno, lavastoviglie ed una dispensa con 2 frigoriferi,  una sala  da pranzo ed una sala con  divani, poltrone, televisione ed un bel camino (ma non funzionante). Anche da questa sala si può accedere all’esterno dove si trova una  bella pergola coperta da vite americana e sotto la quale si trova un grande tavolo.
La casa  è arredata completamente con mobili antichi che rendono ancora più suggestivo il suo interno.
Al Primo Piano troviamo 2 grandi camere matrimoniali con bagno privato con doppio lavabo e doccia, più una terza camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con vasca . Su  questo stesso piano troverete una  sala con camino e da qui, attraverso una ripida scala in legno, potrete accedere alla mansarda dove si trova una camera con due letti. La TV con satellite si trova in tutte le camere.
Tutte le finestre ed alcune porte d’ingresso sono provviste di zanzariere.
L’area piscina è  molto ben attrezzata. La piscina (7 metri per 15) può essere illuminata durante la sera e dispone di una grande stanza spogliatoio con bagno e sala docce con  asciugacapelli. Nei pressi della piscina troverete  un’area barbecue dove organizzare suggestive cene sotto al gazebo illuminato e attrezzato. I bambini ben educati sono i benvenuti.
Potrete usufruire anche dei prodotti  del grande orto.

 VILLA CINQUEVIE “Villa Cinquevie” is a splendid country house, totally and finely refurbished, which is located 1.2 km from the village of Lucignano (Arezzo), in the heart of the Valdichiana. It is about 30 minutes by car from Cortona, Arezzo and  Siena. Florence is about an hour’s drive.
When you enter the property, going through the big gate, and see the large green area which surrounds the house, you will hope you  will never go back home. The whole property is fenced and has lots of green areas.
On the ground floor,  there is a laundry room, a large bedroom which opens into the garden and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a characteristic kitchen with a big table where you can have  breakfast. The kitchen has also an oven, a dishwasher, and a pantry with two fridges, a dining room and a living room with sofas, armchairs, a TV set and a nice fireplace (non working). This room too has a French window which leads you outside to a beautiful pergola covered with fox grape and with a big table under it.
The house is totally furnished with antique furniture which makes the ambience even more unique.
There are two large double rooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower. There is another double bedroom with a bathroom with a tub. There is also a living room with a fireplace on this floor. From this room, by a steep wooden staircase, you can get to the mansard, where there is a bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms have  Sat TV.
All the windows, and some French windows too, have mosquito nets.
The pool area is well equipped. The pool itself (7 m x 15 m) can be lit up at night time. There is a large dressing room, near the pool, with a bathroom and a room with showers and a hairdryer. 
Near the swimming pool there is a BBQ area where you can have dinner under the lit up and well equipped gazebo. Well mannered children are welcome.
You can use the products of the large vegetable garden.

 VILLA CINQUEVIE Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes voll renoviertes feines Landhaus, ca. 1,2 km vom Dorf Lucignano (Arezzo) entfernt, in der Mitte der Tal „ Valdichiana“. Die Städte Cortona, Arezzo und Siena erreicht man in ca. 30’ mit dem Auto, Florenz in ca. eine Stunde.
Wenn man durch das große Tor in das Gut rein kommt und die große Grünfläche sieht, spürt man den Wunsch hier für immer zu bleiben. Das Gut ist voll eingezäunt und verfügt über weite Grünflächen.
Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich ein Waschraum, ein großes Doppelbettzimmer mit Zugang in den Garten und Bad mit Dusche, eine Küche mit einem großen Tisch, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Speiseschrank und zwei Kühlschränke, ein Esszimmer  und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Sesseln, Fernseher und ein (funktionsunfähiger) Kamin. Auch aus dem Wohnzimmer gelingt man hinaus, wo sich eine schöne Pergola mit amerikanischer Kletterrebe und darunter ein Tisch befinden.
Das Haus ist ganz mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet, die den Innenraum eindrucksvoller machen.
Im ersten Stock sind zwei Doppelbettzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad und doppelten Waschbecken, ein drittes Doppelbettzimmer und ein  Bad mit Badewanne. In diesem Stock befinden sich auch ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und eine steile Treppe, die in den Dachboden mit einem Zweibettzimmer führt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Sat-TV.
Alle Fenster und einige Eingangstüre sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet.
Der Poolbereich ist sehr gut ausgerüstet: Der große Pool (7x15 m) hat eine Nachtbeleuchtung und der Umkleideraum ist mit Duschen und Phon ausgestattet. In der Nähe des Pools befindet sich der Grillbereich, wo man unvergesslichen Abendessen unter dem beleuchteten Pavillon veranstalten kann. Gut erzogene Kinder sind herzlich willkommen.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste stehen die Produkte des großen Gemüsegartens.
