Silenziosa in mezzo alla campagna collinare toscana si trova questa casa di campagna che ha quasi 100 anni sul colle dei venti. Fu rinnovata nel 2000 e trasformata in 4 appartamenti. C’è una bellissima vista sulla campagna. con prati, querce e uliveti fino al mare. Ogni appartamento ha un ambiente esterno proprio con mobili da giardino, barbecue e sdraio. In una pergola poco distante dalla casa c’è un grosso tavolo con panche per tutti gli ospiti se si volesse festeggiare tutti insieme. Non manca ovviamente anche la piscina (6x12 m). Per le auto c’è dietro la casa un grosso spazio ed anche una stanza con lavatrice e stireria per tutti.
Il proprietario ha allestito anche un punto vendita di olio, vino e altri generi da lui prodotti.

Scirocco Piano terra a destra. Dalla terrazza coperta si raggiunge il soggiorno, angolo cottura, angolo pranzo, divano letto per uno o per due bambini sotto i 12 anni. Vicino un ripostiglio. Poi si entra nel reparto notte con camera matrimoniale e un bagno con cabina doccia. Il giardino è recintato così i vostri cani non potranno scappare.

Libeccio Piano terra a sinistra. Dalla terrazza coperta si raggiunge il soggiorno, angolo cottura, angolo pranzo, divano letto per uno o per due bambini sotto i 12 anni. Poi c’è un bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale ed un’altra camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Da entrambe le stanze si arriva ad un prato che appartiene alla casa. Il giardino è recintato così i vostri cani non potranno scappare.

Maestrale E’ uguale a scirocco ma qui invece della terrazza c’è un balcone coperto.

Grecale E’ come Libeccio, ma anche qui al posto della terrazza c’è un balcone.

Levante Ca. 20-30 metri dalla casa principale, si trova il Levante, una casa in pietra naturale molto bella con proprio giardino recintato ed una bella pergola. Nel pianterreno vi è una cucina con lavastoviglie, forno ed un camino, 2 bagni con doccia, uno spazio con lavatrice come anche una camera da letto per due/tre persone. Per una scala interna si accede al primo piano, qui troviamo due camere da letto (entrambe con aria condizionata) una delle quali con WC e lavandino.

 POGGIO AL VENTO This house – which is about 100 years old -  is located on a hill in the country in Tuscany. It was refurbished in 2000 and divided into four flats. It has a magnificent view on the country side: meadows, oak trees and olive yards that go as far as the sea. Each flat has its own outside space equipped with garden furniture, Bar-B-Q and deck chairs. Under a bower – not far from the house – there is a big table with benches available for all the guests, should they decide to have a party together! There is also a 6x12 metres swimming pool. Cars can be parked at the back of the house, where there is a large parking area. There is also a special room with a washing machine and ironing facilities for all the guests.
The owner has built a special room to sell wine, Olio extra Vergine d’Oliva and other produces to his costumers.

Scirocco This flat is on the ground floor on the right. From the covered terrace you get into the living room, which has cooking facilities, a dining area, and a sofa bed for two children under the age of 12. There is also a store-room, next to the living room. The flat has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The garden has a pen, so your pets can not run away.

Levante Il Levante is located about 20-30 metres from the main building, a very beautiful house built in natural stone with its own fenced garden and a beautiful bower. On the ground-floor there is the kitchen, with an open fireplace, oven and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a closet with a washing machine, and a bedroom for 2-3 persons. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double-bedrooms (both with air-condition), one of which with a toilette and a washbasin.

 POGGIO AL VENTO Ruhig, inmitten der toskanischen Hügellandschaft liegt dieses fast 100 Jahre alte Bauernhaus auf dem „Hügel unter den Winden“. Es wurde im Jahre 2000 renoviert und in vier schöne Ferienwohnungen umgebaut. Man hat von allen einen faszinierenden Ausblick über die Landschaft mit grünen Wiesen, alten Eichen und Olivenbäumen bis hin zum nahen Meer. Jede der Wohnungen hat einen eigenen Außenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill und Sonnenliegen. In einer Pergola, etwas abseits vom Haus, steht ein großer Tisch mit Bänken für alle Gäste, wenn man mal gemeinsam feiern möchte. Und natürlich fehlt auch ein Schwimmbad (6x12 m) nicht. Für die Autos steht hinter dem Haus ein großer, überdachter Stellplatz zur Verfügung und dann gibt es auch noch einen Serviceraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügelutensilien für Alle.
Der Besitzer hat auch eine Verkaufsstelle für Olivenöl, Wein und andere selbstherzeugte Produkte eingerichtet.

Scirocco Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, rechts. Von der überdachten Terrasse kommt man zuerst in den Wohnraum mit schöner Küchenzeile, Essplatz und Bettcouch für eine Person oder zwei Kinder unter 12 Jahren. Daneben ist ein kleiner Abstellraum. Dann geht es weiter zum Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und einem Badezimmer mit Duschkabine. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass Ihre Hunde in Sicherheit sind.

Libeccio Diese Wohnung liegt ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss, aber links. Sie kommen wieder von der Terrasse in den Wohnraum mit der gleichen Einrichtung wie bereits beschreiben. Dann kommt ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und ein weiteres mit Ehebett und eigenem Badezimmer. Von beiden Schlafzimmern gelangt man auf eine kleine Wiese, die zu dieser Wohnung gehört. Die Terrassen im Erdgeschoss sind durch immergrüne Hecken abgeteilt. In der Mitte des Hauses ist der Eingang zum ersten Stock. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass Ihre Hunde in Sicherheit sind.

Maestrale Diese Wohnung ist gleich wie Scirocco aufgeteilt, nur dass hier den Gästen statt der Terrasse ein überdachter Balkon zur Verfügung steht.

Grecale Diese Wohnung ist wie Libeccio, auch hier statt der Terrasse ein großzügiger Balkon.

Levante Ca. 20-30 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt finden Sie LEVANTE. Ein wunderschönes Haus in Naturstein mit eigenem, eingezäunten Garten und einer schönen Pergola. Im Parterre ist eine Küche mit Spulmaschine, Backofen, einem Kamin, 2 Baden mit Duschen, eine Ecke mit Waschmaschine sowie einem Schlafzimmer für zwei-drei Personen. Über eine interne Treppe kommen Sie zum 1. Stock wo Sie zwei Schlafzimmer finden, eines davon mit WC und Waschbecken und beide mit Klimaanlage.
