La piccola strada che conduce a Podere Stertignano si snoda fra prati e campi in una natura incontaminata. Chi cerca pace e tranquillità non può scegliere di meglio. Si trova in posizione isolata su una collina con una vista incantevole sulla campagna toscana. Accanto si estende un bell’uliveto. Il Podere Stertignano è diviso in due grandi appartamenti con proprio giardino in cui è possibile parcheggiare l’auto.

La Menta Questo appartamento è situato al piano terra. Ha due camere, ciascuna per due persone, un bagno e un grazioso soggiorno con divano letto, TV satellitare, zona pranzo e angolo cottura. Da una delle camere da letto si può accedere ad uno spazio esterno con arredi da giardino in cui rilassarsi. E‘ possibile richiedere l’aggiunta di un lettino senza costi aggiuntivi. In questo caso però non è possibile sfruttare il divano letto del soggiorno, giacché per legge l’appartamento è per sole 5 persone.

La Salvia L’appartamento è situato al piano superiore ed è raggiungibile per mezzo di una scala interna. Per prima cosa si arriva alla sala con camino e angolo per mangiare. Da qui si va ad una grande terrazza coperta, le cui tre parti esterne sono chiuse da muretti, cosicché con qualsiasi tempo si può comodamente sedere. Il tavolo, le sedie e le sdraio sono pronte per voi – per rilassarsi dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Dall’altra parte della sala c’è la spaziosa cucina e anche da qui si va ad una terrazza coperta. A sinistra si trovano le tre camere, ognuna per 2 persone, e i 2 bagni, uno con doccia l’altro con la vasca.
Dal giardino vi è l’ingresso per un’altra stanza con camera matrimoniale, piccola cucina e bagno per handicappati. Questo appartamento può essere utilizzato dietro il pagamento di un piccolo extra settimanale.

Sul retro della casa, in mezzo al prato verde, si trova la piscina (10X5m). E‘ offerta a tutti gli ospiti e può essere raggiunta da entrambi gli appartamenti attraverso un cancello. In un vecchio magazzino vicino alla piscina si trova un tavolo da ping-pong. Anche questo a disposizione di tutti.

Pod. Stertignano è un luogo cordiale e piacevole.

 PODERE STERTIGNANO The narrow road that leads to Podere Stertignano winds among lawns and fields in an uncontaminated countryside. This house is ideal for those who seek a quiet and relaxing place. In fact, it stands alone on a hill and has got a charming view on the Tuscan countryside. There is a beautiful olive grove next to the house. The Podere Stertignano is divided into two large flats, each with its own garden where you can also park your car.

La Menta This flat is on the ground floor. It has got two bedrooms, each for two people, a bathroom and a nice living room with a sofa bed, SAT TV, a dining area and cooking facilities. From one of the two bedrooms you can get to an open area which has got garden furniture and where you can sit and relax. You can ask for a cot to be put in one of the bedrooms but, in such a case, it won’t be possible to use the sofa bed, as the law allows this flat to host five people only.

La Salvia An internal staircase leads to this  flat which is on the upper floor. Firstly you arrive to the hall with a fireplace and a corner where to eat. From here you arrive to a wide covered terrace; its three sides are closed by little walls, so you can sit here however the weather is. The table, the chairs and the deck chairs are ready for you- for relaxing from the life of every day. On the other side of the stairs there is the wide kitchen and also from here is reachable a covered terrace. On the left side there are the three bedrooms, each for two people, and the two bathrooms, one of them with a shower, the other one with a bath.
From the garden there is the entrance for another room with double bedroom, a little kitchen and a bathroom for people with handicap. This little flat can be used paying a small weekly price.

PODERE STERTIGNANO Die kleine Strasse, die zum Podere Stertignano führt, schlängelt sich durch Wiesen und Felder in unberührter Natur. Wer Ruhe und Frieden sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Es steht in Alleinlage auf einem Hügel mit herrlichem Rundblick über die toskanische Landschaft, daneben ein schöner Olivenhain. Das Podere Stertignano ist in zwei großzügige Wohnungen aufgeteilt mit eigenem eingezäuntem Grundstück, in dem auch das Auto abgestellt werden kann.

La Menta Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen, 1 Bad und einen netten Wohnraum mit Bettcouch, SAT-Fernseher, Essplatz und Küchenzeile. Von einem der Schlafzimmer kommt man auf einen schönen Sitzplatz im Freien. Im La Menta wird auf Wunsch in einem der Schlafzimmer auch kostenlos ein Zusatzbett bereitgestellt. Dann kann man aber die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht nützen, denn es sind aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung lt. Gesetz nur 5 Personen erlaubt.

La Salvia Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss, durch eine Innentreppe erreichbar. Zuerst kommt man in den hübschen Wohnraum mit offenem Kamin und nettem Essplatz. Von da geht es auf eine große, überdachte Balkonterrasse, deren drei Außenseiten mit Rundbögen geschlossen sind, so dass man hier bei jedem Wetter gemütlich sitzen kann. Tisch, Stühle und Liegen stehen für Sie bereit - fürs Ausruhen, losgelöst vom Alltag. Auf der anderen Seite des Wohnraumes ist die geräumige Küche und auch von hier geht es wieder auf eine überdachte Terrasse. Links liegen die drei Schlafzimmer, jeweils für zwei Personen, und die zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche, das andere mit Wanne.
Auf der Gartenseite befindet sich der Eingang einer Einzimmerwohnung mit Doppelbettzimmer, kleiner Küche und behindertengerechtem Bad. Diese Wohnung kann gegen Bezahlung eines kleinen wöchentlichen Zuschlags vermietet werden.
