Sulle colline toscane a circa 10 km da Gavorrano sorge “L’Eremo”, un vecchio convento che l’attuale proprietario ha ristrutturato con il passare degli anni fino a farlo diventare una villa dove trascorrere le vacanze.
L’abitazione dista 3 km dal paese di Giuncarico, 25 km dalle note località di mare di Castiglione della Pescaia e di Follonica.
A disposizione degli ospiti  vi è una piscina ovale di 6x12 mt (profondità che va da 1,20m a 2,20m).
La casa ha un ampio porticato e si sviluppa su due piani.
A piano terra troviamo un'ampia e comoda cucina con un grande camino (non funzionante). Dalla cucina, per mezzo di 4 scalini si scende nell’ampio salone suddiviso in due da un grande arco.
Dalla sala si accede alla prima camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia al suo interno.
Per mezzo di una scalinata vicino alla camera matrimoniale dal piano terra si accede al primo piano dove troviamo altre due camere matrimoniali, una camera con due letti singoli e tre bagni con doccia.
Qualora la casa fosse prenotata da non più di 6 persone, la camera matrimoniale a piano terra viene lasciata chiusa.
Per raggiungere il casale c’è da percorrere quasi 1 km di strada sterrata.

 L’EREMO - L’Eremo” is located on the Tuscan hills about 10 km from Gavorrano. It is an old convent that the present owner has refurbished and turned  into a holiday villa.
It is 3 km from the small village of Giuncarico and 25 km from the famous seaside resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica.
Guests have a swimming pool of 6 x 12m at their disposal (with a depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20m). The house has two floors and a large portico.
There is a large and comfortable kitchen on the ground floor which has a big fireplace (that does not work anyway). By walking down three steps you get from the kitchen  into the large living room which is divided into two areas by an large arch wall. From the living room you enter the first bedroom with a tub and a shower.
A staircase near the ground floor  double bedroom leads to the first floor where there are two more double bedrooms, a twin bed room and three bathrooms with a shower each.
In case the villa is not reserved by more than 6 people, the ground floor bedroom is kept locked.
An unpaved road – which is almost 1 km long  - leads to the villa.

 L’EREMO - Auf den toskanischen Hügeln, ungefähr 10 km von Garrovano entfernt, liegt „L’Eremo“. Ein altes Kloster, das der aktuelle Besitzer über Jahre renoviert hat bis eine Ferienvilla entstanden ist.
Diese Unterkunft befindet sich 3 km vom Dorf Giuncarico und 25 km von Castiglione della Pescaia und Follonica entfernt.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste steht ein ovales Schwimmbad von 6x12 m (Tiefe von 1.20 bis 2.20 m).
Das Haus besitzt einen weiten Säulengang und hat zwei Stockwerke.
Ebenerdig finden Sie eine grosse, gemütliche Küche mit einem grossen, nicht funktionierenden Kamin. Von der Küche aus gelangt man über 4
Treppenstufen in ein weites, von einem grossen Bogen unterteilten  Wohnzimmer.
Von Diesem gelangt man ins erste Doppelschlafzimmer mit integrierter Dusche.
Von hier wiederum gelangt man über eine Treppe in den ersten Stock wo sich zwei weitere Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und drei Duschen befindet.
Falls das Haus von nicht mehr als 6 Personen bewohnt wird, bleibt das Doppelschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss geschlossen.
Zur Villa gelangt man über eine aufgelockerte Erdstrasse.
