Il nome deriva dalla presenza di una pianta di mandarino nel giardino.
E’ un bilocale di circa 35 mq completamente ristrutturato nell’inverno del 2010.
Il bilocale è stato ricavato da una parte della casa padronale posta accanto.
Per accedere all’appartamento è necessario scendere pochi scalini della  scalinata che vi condurrà alla via sottostante e da qui, in circa 2 minuti, potete raggiungere piazza Gramsci che si trova a circa 100 metri dal lungomare.
Una volta aperto il cancello di ingresso vi troverete all’interno del piccolo giardino recintato confinante con il giardino del proprietario. Nel giardino si trovano un tavolo ed un ombrellone per poter mangiare all’aperto.
L’appartamento dispone di un soggiorno munito di angolo cottura e divano letto per una persona.
Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di un corridoio, si accede all’unica camera dove troverete un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo.
Dal corridoio si accede anche al bagno con doccia con tenda. Il bagno è piccolo ed infatti per guadagnare spazio vi è una porta scorrevole.
L’appartamento è l’ideale per una coppia o per una coppia con un bambino.
L’appartamento è munito di zanzariere, lavatrice e di una doccia in giardino.
Si accettano cani ma solamente di piccola taglia.

 IL MANDARINO A tangerine tree in the garden gave the name to this flat. It is a two-room home - of about 35sqm - which was totally refurbished last winter and which was once part of the nearby owners’ home.
You only have to go down a few steps of a staircase to enter the flat. That  staircase leads to the road below. By walking along that road you will get to “Piazza Gramsci”, which is only about 100  from the promenade. You will take just 5 minutes to get there.
Once you go through the entrance gate, you will find yourselves in the small fenced garden which is next to the owner’s garden. There is a table and a sun umbrella in your garden so that you can take your meals in the open air if you want.
There is a living room with a cooking area and a single sofa bed. From the living room a corridor will take you to the only double bedroom which has also a single bed.
From the corridor you can also have access to the bathroom with a shower (with a curtain). It is a small bathroom, therefore it has a  sliding door.
The flat is suitable for a couple or a couple with a child.
The flat has also mosquito nets, a washing machine and a shower in the garden.
Only small dogs are welcome.

IL MANDARINO Der Name kommt von einem, im Garten gepflanzten, Mandarinenbaum.
Es handelt sich hier um eine Einzimmerwohnung von 35m2, die aus dem Haupt-haus abgeleitet und im 2010 komplett restauriert wurde.
Zur Wohnung kommt man über einige Tritte, der nach unterführenden Treppe, welche in die unten vorbeiführende Strasse mündet, die wiederum zur Piazza Gramsci führt, ca. 100 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt.
Durch ein Eingangstor kommen Sie in einen kleinen, eingezäunten Garten, der neben dem Garten des Besitzers liegt. Hier finden Sie einen Sonnenschirm mit einem Tisch wo Sie gemütlich draussen essen können.
Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und ein Einzel-Bettsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommen Sie durch einen Gang zum Doppelschlafzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Einzelbett. Vom Gang aus kommen Sie auch zu einer kleinen Dusche mit Schiebetür und Vorhang. Die Wohnung hat Fliegengitter, eine Waschmaschine und eine Dusche im Garten.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar, oder ein Paar mit Kind.
Es ist nur ein kleiner Hund erlaubt.
