E’ una grande villa finita di costruire nei primi anni ’80. Si trova all’interno di un parco di 2 Ha. La villa è molto grande e si sviluppa su tre livelli. Attualmente viene affittato solamente il livello più alto (230 m²). Poiché la casa è costruita su un terreno terrazzato, due dei tre livelli hanno l’ingresso a piano terra. Gli ospiti possono usufruire della grande terrazza posta sul secondo livello dove vi sono tavoli da giardino con sedie e anche un tavolo da ping-pong.
Per raggiungere il terzo livello (1° piano), si devono salire 3 piccole rampe di scale per un totale di 18 scalini.
Qui troviamo un ampio soggiorno con tavolo, sedie, divani e Sat-tv. Dalla sala si accede ad un lungo corridoio dove troviamo a sinistra la cucina (munita di tavolo, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore, macchina per il caffè e lavatrice ubicata all’interno di una piccola stanza accessibile dalla cucina), a destra una camera con due letti singoli, nuovamente a sinistra un ampio bagno con vasca/doccia. Alla fine del corridoio troviamo una camera con letto singolo sotto il quale è presente un letto estraibile (da usare all’occorrenza), una camera matrimoniale con al suo interno un lettino per neonati, una seconda camera matrimoniale con all'interno un bagno con doccia.
A circa 20mt dalla villa gli ospiti hanno a disposizione la grande piscina (circolare con diametro di 10mt e profondità 1,5 mt) immersa nel verde del giardino e contornata da fiori e piante di ogni genere. Gli animali sono ben accetti ma se sono di piccola taglia.
Gli ospiti devono raggiungere l’abitazione non prima delle ore 14.00 e non oltre le ore 20.00, altrimenti dovranno presentarsi il giorno successivo previo avviso.

CASA FARNIA "Casa Farnia" is a big villa built in the early 80's. It is in a 2 hectare park. This villa is on three levels. At the moment, only the third level is being let (230 sq m). As it is built on a terraced ground, two of the three levels have their entrances on the ground floor. Guests can use the large terrace on the second level which has garden tables and chairs and also a ping pong table.
To get to the third level (first floor), you have to walk up three flights of stairs (18 steps).
There is a large living room with a table, chairs, sofas and SAT TV on this floor. The living room has access to a long corridor where there is a kitchen on the left (equipped with a table, a micro oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher in  a small room next to the kitchen). There is a bedroom with twin beds to the right of the corridor, and, to the left, a large bathroom with a bath and a shower. A the end of the corridor there is a bedroom with a single bed, under which there is a pull-out bed (which can be used when necessary), a double bedroom with a cot and an en suite double bedroom with a shower.
About 20 metres from the villa, there is a large round swimming pool for guests (10m diameter and 1.5 m deep) immersed in vegetation, flowers and plants of all kinds. Pets are welcome but only if they are small ones.
Guests have to come to the villa not before 14,00 hours and not after 20,00 hours otherwise they will have to come the following day upon notice.

 CASA FARNIA Es ist eine grosse Villa, die Ende der 80er Jahre inmitten eines 2 ha grossen Parkes gebaut wurde. Die Villa ist sehr gross und in drei Ebenen unterteilt. Im Moment wird nur der oberste Stock (230m2) vermietet. Da das Haus terrazziert gebaut wurde befinden sich die Eingänge eins und zwei der drei Stöcke ebenerdig.
Die Gäste können so die grosse Terrasse mit Gartentischen und Stühlen sowie einem ping-pong Tisch im zweiten Stock benützen.
Um die dritte Ebene zu erreichen (1. Stock) gehen Sie drei kleine Treppen (18 Tritte) hinauf.  Hier finden Sie ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen, Sofas und SAT-TV. Von hier aus kommen Sie in einen langen Gang wo Sie links die Küche mit Tisch und Stühle, Mikrowelle, Geschirr-Spühlmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine und in einem kleinen, anschliessenden Zimmer eine Waschmaschine finden. Rechts finden Sie ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, wiederum links ein grosses Bad mit Dusche. Ende des Ganges finden Sie ein Einzelzimmer mit Einzelbett, unter welchem Sie ein Notbett hervorholen können, ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit Kinderbett, ein zweites Doppelzimmer mit integrierter Dusche.
Ca. 20mt von der Villa entfernt und mitten im Grünen des Gartens und umgeben von Blumen und Pflanzen aller Arten finden Sie das grosse Schwimmbad (Durchmesser von 10mt und einer Tiefe von 1,5 mt.). Tiere sind gerne gesehen, jedoch nur kleine.
Die Gäste sind gebeten nicht vor 14.00 Uhr und nicht nach 20.00 Uhr zu kommen,
ansonsten Sie erst am nächsten Tag empfangen werden, ausser Sie sind angemeldet.
