Pod. Madonnina prende il nome dalla nicchia in muratura (accanto al cancello della proprietà) in cui si trova una Madonna.
Una volta oltrepassato il cancello elettrico si trovano  olivi, cipressi e viti.
La proprietà si compone di tre costruzioni  in pietra: la più grande è la casa padronale (raramente abitata dai proprietari); la casa più piccola (Il Fienile) posta a 15-20 mt dalla casa padronale; “La Zizzola” a circa 70mt più sotto dalle altre due abitazioni poc’anzi descritte.
La piscina (4x8x1,5 mt; aperta da inizio Maggio fino a fine Settembre) è posta in mezzo agli olivi più in alto rispetto alla casa padronale ed alle due case in pietra che vengono affittate.

Il Fienile (2+2)
Dista circa 15-20 mt dalla casa padronale. Dispone di un ampio porticato dove troviamo, oltre ad un tavolo con sedie, anche un BBQ in muratura. Sul retro vi è anche un pergolato con bella vista sulla pianura di Montecatini.
La casa si sviluppa su due piani. A piano terra vi è un soggiorno con tavolo, sedie, Sat-Tv, un piccolo angolo cottura (2 piastre elettriche) con un piccolo frigo, lavastoviglie, divano letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.
Il primo piano, raggiungibile percorrendo una scala, è un soppalco con l’impiantito in legno ed è adibito a camera matrimoniale.
“Il Fienile” è adatto ad una famiglia con due bambini piccoli oppure a non più di 3 adulti.
Come riscaldamento vi è una stufa a legna norvegese.

La Zizzola (4+2)
Come già accennato si trova a circa 70 mt di distanza da “Il Fienile”. Gli ospiti possono parcheggiare l’automobile accanto alla casa.
L'abitazione è immersa nel verde e si sviluppa su due piani.
A piano terra troviamo un ampio porticato con sedie e tavolo. Il soggiorno è molto ampio ed è suddiviso da un arco. In soggiorno vi sono due comodi divani (uno è un divano letto matrimoniale), camino e tavolo con sedie. Sulla sinistra troviamo il cucinotto con lavastoviglie. Dalla cucina si accede ad una stanza dov’è posta la lavatrice.
Dal soggiorno, per mezzo di una rampa di scale si accede al primo piano. Una volta salite le scale, a sinistra troviamo un bagno con doccia e sulla destra le due camere (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli) ed un secondo bagno con doccia.

Entrambe le abitazioni sono state arredate con amore e buon gusto. I proprietari sono sempre gentili e sorridenti.

POD. MADONNINA Pod. Madonnina takes its name from the Madonna in a masonry niche next to the property gate. Once you go through the electric gate you will see olive trees, cypresses and grapevines. The property consists of three stone houses : the biggest is the owners' house (which is hardly ever used by the owners). The smallest ("Il Fienile") is 15-20 m from the owners' house; "La Zizzola" is about 70 m below the above said buildings.
The swimming pool (4mx8mx1.5m) is open from early May until the end of September and is located amidst the olive trees in a higher position compared to the owners' house and the two stone houses which are rented. 

Il Fienile
This building is about 15-20 m from the owners' house. It has a large portico where there is a table with chairs and a masonry BBQ. There is a pergola at the back with a beautiful view over the Montecatini plain. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a table and some chairs, Sat TV, a small cooking area with 2 electric hotplates, a small fridge and a dishwasher. The room has also a double sofa bed. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. By walking up a stair, you get to the first floor. It is a loft  with a wooden floor which is used as a double bedroom. "Il Fienile" is suitable for a family with two small children or for not more than three adults.
The house is heated with a Norwegian wood-burning stove.

La Zizzola
As we said before, this house is about 70 m from "Il Fienile". Guests can park their car next to the house which is surrounded by vegetation and which has two floors.
There is a large portico with a table and chairs on the ground floor. The living room is very large and divided by an arch wall. In this room there are two comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a table with chairs. The kitchenette (on the left and with a dishwasher) leads to another room where you can find a washing machine.
From the living room, by walking up a flight of stairs, you get to the first floor. There is a bathroom with a shower on the left and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) and another bathroom with a shower on the right.

Both houses have been furnished with love and good taste. The owners are very friendly and kind.

 POD. MADONNINA Der Name dieses Gutes kommt von einer in Stein gehauenen Nische (neben dem Eingangstor) worin eine Madonna steht.
Nach Eintritt durch das elektrische Tor finden Sie Zipressen, Olivenbäume und Reben. Das Gut besteht aus drei Steinhäuser. Das Grösste ist das Haus der Besitzer, die sehr selten anwesend sind. Das kleinere Haus (Il Fienile), liegt ca.  15-20mt vom Haupthaus entfernt und  „La Zizzola“ steht ca. 70mt unter den beiden Häuser.
Das Schwimmbad (4x8x1.5mt und offen von anfangs Mai bis Ende September) liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen und oben der drei Häuser.

IL FIENILE
Liegt ca. 15-20mt vom Haupthaus entfernt. Es hat einen weiten Bogengang mit einem Tisch mit Stühlen und einem in Stein gehauenen BBQ. Auf der Rückseite hat es einen Laubengang mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Montecatini Ebene. Das Haus ist in zwei Stockwerke unterteilt. Ebenerdig finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit Tisch, Stühle, Sat-Tv, eine kleine Kochzeile (2 Platten), ein kleiner Kühlschrank, Geschirrwaschmaschine, einem Doppel-Sofabett und eine Dusche. Im ersten Stock, erreichbar über eine Treppe zu einem Hängebogen, befindet sich ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer.
Das „Fienile“ eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit zwei Kleinkinder oder nicht mehr als drei Erwachsene. Die Heizung besteht aus einem Holzofen.

LA ZIZZOLA
Wie schon erwähnt liegt das Haus ca. 70mt von „Il Fienile“ entfernt, mitten im Grünen, und hat zwei Stockwerke. Die Gäste können ihren Wagen neben dem Haus parkieren.
Ebenerdig hat es einen weiten Bogengang mit Tisch und Stühlen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gross und durch einen Bogen unterteilt. Sie finden hier zwei gemütliche Sofas,  ein Kamin und einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Auf der linken Seite ist eine kleine Küche mit Geschirrwaschmaschine. Von Dieser aus kommt man in eine Kammer mit Waschmaschine. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man über eine Treppe in den ersten Stock. Hier finden Sie links eine Dusche, ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie eine zweite Dusche.
Beide Häuser sind mit Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind  sehr nett und haben immer ein Lächeln für die Gäste.
