E’ una villetta con una bellissima piscina (5x10 mt; profonda 1,4 mt) immersa nel verde a soli 1,9 km dal mare di Marina di Grosseto.
Il proprietario ama molto le piante ed i fiori. Olivi secolari, alti cipressi ed un soffice prato sono sapientemente distribuiti nella zona piscina e intorno alla casa. Il giardino, oltre ad essere recintato, è anche provvisto di un’alta siepe che mette al riparo gli ospiti da occhi indiscreti.
Nel giardino si possono posteggiare fino a due auto.
La villetta dispone di un ampio porticato dove si può mangiare all’aperto. Al suo interno la casa è arredata in modo semplice ma molto funzionale.
Vi è un ampio soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale, Tv con ricevitore satellitare, angolo cottura con forno e lavastoviglie.
Dal soggiorno si può accedere al primo bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Per mezzo di una porta a vetri scorrevole si raggiunge il reparto notte costituito da una camera matrimoniale, da una camera con due letti singoli e da un secondo bagno con doccia.
Tutte le finestre hanno le zanzariere. L’unica portafinestra ad essere munita di zanzariera è quella che dalla camera matrimoniale conduce al porticato.
Vi è anche il collegamento gratuito ad internet (cavo RJ45).

La villetta è  unita di schiena con la casa della figlia del proprietario. Le due villette sono comunque indipendenti.

 BRAMASOLE "Bramasole" is a small villa with a very beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m) surrounded by vegetation  and just 1.9 km from the sea of Marina di Grosseto.
The owner loves plants and flowers a lot. Ancient olive trees, tall cypresses and a soft lawn are perfectly set in the pool area and around the house. The garden, besides being fenced, has also a tall hedge which keeps guests away from prying eyes.
Up to two cars can be parked in the garden.
The small villa has a large portico where you can eat in the open. The house is furnished in a simple but functional way.
There is a large living room  with a double sofa bed, Sat TV, a cooking area with an oven and a dishwasher.
From this room, you can get to the first bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. A glass sliding door opens into the night area where there is a double bedroom, a twin-bed room and another bathroom with a shower.
All the windows have mosquito nets. The only French door with a mosquito net is the one in the bedroom which opens into the portico.
There is also a free Internet connection (cable RJ45).
The small villa is attached to the back of the owner's daughter's house. Both houses are however independent.

 BRAMASOLE Nur 1,9 km vom Strand  von Marina di Grosseto entfernt steht mitten im Grünen diese Villetta mit wunderschönem Schwimmbad (5x10mt, Tiefe 1,4mt).
Der Besitzer liebt Blumen und Pflanzen über alles. Hundertjährige Olivenbäume, hohe Cypressen und eine gepflegte Wiese sind sehr gezielt um Haus und Pool angelegt. Zudem ist der Garten eingezäunt und eine hohe Hecke schützt die Gäste vor neugierigen Blicken. Im Garten hat es Platz für zwei Autos.
Die Villetta verfügt über einen grossen Bogengang wo man im Freien essen kann. Das Haus ist einfach doch sehr praktisch eingerichtet.
Es hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelsofabett, SAT-TV, einer Küchenecke mit Backofen und Geschirrwaschmaschine. Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man in eine Dusche mit Waschmaschine. Durch eine Glas-Schiebetür kommt man in ein Doppelschlafzimmer, einem Zimmer mit zwei Betten und einer Dusche.
Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Die einzige Fenstertür, die mit einem Fliegengitter ausgestattet ist, führt vom Doppelschlafzimmer zum Bogengang.
Im Haus hat es auch einen Internetanschluss (Kabel RJ45).

Die Villetta ist auf der Rückseite an das Haus der Tochter des Besitzers angebaut, doch sind beide Häuser unabhängig voneinander.
